Purchase conditions
To make a purchase, the user can send us their order through the Internet with the "shopping basket" system implemented on our website.
The prices of the products displayed on Reload Activities’s website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) which is applicable in each case.
When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases by card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, etc.) or by bank transfer.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Form, shipping costs and shipping period
Reload Activities’s merchandise will be charged at the time of order confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer Reload Activities will wait for the confirmation by the bank to proceed with the shipment.
The prices, photographs and characteristics of the products, and the lists of accessories shown with each of the products, are not contractual and can be modified at any time without prior notice. This limitation stems directly from the terms of the manufacturers on their sales to the wholesalers or to Reload Activities. Reload Activities is the owner of the merchandise until the full payment is done by the buyer.
The minimum shipping cost is 7€ (VAT incl.) and will depend on the volume and weight of the order. The exact amount appears during the purchase process once the shipping address has been entered and before confirming the order.
If the order is made on a holiday and it is in stock, the shipment will be made on the first working day. From that moment, the order takes from 48 to 72 hours in domestic shipments and between 7 and 15 days in international shipments. In case the order is not in stock, the shipment will be made the moment Reload Activities has the stock again. The client will be informed of the delivery period and the follow-up of the process.
The delivery period can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier agency and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. Reload Activities undertakes to replace within a reasonable time any order that has been damaged or lost by the carrier agency.
Legal guarantee, returns and exchanges
In case the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased in Reload Activities, he has the legal possibility to withdraw and obtain a refund of the product or request a change.
In case of defective product, Reload Activities will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
The customer can choose between changing the product or being refunded for the total amount. The user will have 30 calendar days to make the return, counting from the date of the order reception. To request the return of the order within the indicated period of 30 calendar days (right of withdrawal), the customer must notify it by email, telephone or postal mail within 7 calendar days after the date of the order reception.
The customer will send the product back to Reload Activities using a carrier, and the costs of the shipment will be assumed by the customer, within the period, stipulating if he/she wants a change of the product or a refund of the amount, to the following address: C/Gavarres 38, 17258, l'Estartit.
The products, in order to be reimbursed or replaced, must be returned complete, in their original packaging, not broken, in perfect state of resale, accompanied by a photocopy of the purchase receipt. Goods that do not conform to these conditions will see their reimbursement denied.
If it is a refund of the amount, Reload Activities will refund the purchase money by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting to the customer’s credit/debit card within 2 months following the date of return of the merchandise reception.
In case of a change, Reload Activities will make the change and send it to the customer at no cost to him. If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by mistake of Reload Activities, the correct product will be delivered to the customer without any additional charge to the buyer.

Legal guarantee, cancellations, returns and changes
In case of cancellation of the activity by Reload Activities due to meteorological causes, the client can choose between changing the activity’s date or the full refund of the amount of the booking.
In case the client cancels the activity before 72 hours of the established date for that activity, the client is entitled to the full refund of the amount of the booking except the bank expenses generated by the refund.
In case the client cancels the activity before 48 hours of the established date for that activity, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount of the booking less the bank charges generated by the refund.
In the event that the customer cancels the activity within 48 hours prior to the date established for that activity, the client is not entitled to a refund of the amount of the booking.
The client can change the date and/or schedule of the booked activity up to 48 hours before the date and time established at the time of booking and always if Reload Activities has new dates and times for it.
If it is a refund of the amount, Reload Activities will refund the money by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or by crediting to the customer’s credit/debit card.
According to Decree 56/2003, for the participation of minors in the activities of Reload Activities, regulated by this Decree, it will be an indispensable and obligatory condition that Reload Activities has previously and in writing the authorization of the parents or guardians, in which it must be included the identification of the activity or activities to be authorized, once the information on the activity is known.
Reload Activities may require age, physical fitness and health conditions to let people practice any of the activities offered, conditions that must be justified by the characteristics of the activity, the conditions under which it should be practiced or other circumstances duly motivated.
In those activities whose practice involves a special technical difficulty or a significant risk for the practitioners, Reload Activities may limit its offer to people with the necessary knowledge and ability to perform.
In the activities of diving and freediving courses, Reload Activities can refuse to carry out the activity to any client who does not show a medical certificate (less than 2 years old) and that certificate declares him/her suitable for the practice of underwater sports.
In the activities of guided freediving and diving sessions, the client is obliged to present to Reload Activities his certification of diving or freediving that declares him/her apt for its practice, a personal insurance for the practice of diving or freediving and the medical certificate less than 2 years old which declares him/her suitable for the practice of underwater sports.
