In Reload Activities we are particularly aware about security and confidentiality of the data provided by our customers. We take the commitment to give you the best service and the best online experience.

At the moment a customer places an order through our secure server, his/her personal data, addresses and those relating to his/her purchases and payment methods are incorporated into our database to process the order.

At Reload Activities we have no access to information related to the credit card number of our customers. We only receive confirmation of payment from the bank that process the order.

Your personal information won’t ever be transferred to third parties.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and its development regulations, the responsible of the website, in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 and 6 of the LOPD, informs all users of the website who are going to facilitate or provide their personal data, that all this personal data will be incorporated into an automated file that is duly registered in the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

2. Users, by marking the box enabled in the register forms of the website accept freely and unequivocally that their personal data is processed by Reload Activities to perform the following purposes:

a) Proceed with your registered user request and/or your order for products offered by Reload Activities. Once confirmed and accepted the request, the user will receive a confirmation email at the address indicated when completing the registration form;

b) Referral of commercial communications by e-mail. Such commercial communications will be related to products or services offered by Reload Activities;

c) Perform statistical studies;

d) To process orders, requests or respond to requests made by the user through any of the forms of contact that are available for the user on Reload Activities’s website;

e) Send Reload Activities’s newsletter;

3. Reload Activities informs and guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided. In this way, it undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep them and take all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized use. It expressly guarantees to the users that their personal data will not be transferred in any case to third companies, and that whenever some kind of transfer of personal data were to be made, in advance, Reload Activities would be asked for the user consent, explicitly, informed and unequivocal.

4. Reload Activities guarantees in all cases to the user the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, information and opposition, in the terms established in the current legislation. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, Personal Data Protection (LOPD), the user can exercise his/her rights by sending an express request, along with a copy of the ID, to the postal address of the company C/ Gavarres 38, 17258, l'Estartit (Att: Reload Activities Customer Service) or send an email to fun@reloadactivities.com.
